Our Manufacturing Facility
Our purpose-built factory in Rayong Province is the operational heart of Maruey Rubber, designed for efficient production and seamless global logistics.
Location & Size
Our facility is located in Rayong Province, one of Thailand's key industrial zones. The site was strategically selected for its proximity to Laem Chabang Port — Thailand's largest deep-sea port and one of the busiest in the region. This location allows us to ship container loads efficiently to destinations worldwide.
Production Capabilities
The Rayong facility houses our full manufacturing process — from raw rubber compound preparation through extrusion, baking, precision cutting, and final packaging. Our production lines run five product categories: standard Rubber Bands, Rubber Balls, X-Bands, Corner Bands, and Pallet Bands. Automated quality control systems monitor each stage to ensure consistency across every batch.
Sustainability at the Facility
Our commitment to sustainability is visible throughout the facility. Rooftop solar panels generate clean energy to power production equipment, reducing our reliance on grid electricity. Rubber scraps from the cutting process are collected and recycled back into production rather than sent to landfill. As a manufacturer of 100% natural rubber products, our end products are biodegradable — a meaningful advantage over synthetic alternatives.
