About Rubber Band
Maruey Rubber's standard rubber bands are manufactured from 100% natural rubber harvested from Thai plantations. Available in diameters ranging from 15mm to 200mm (8") and widths from 1mm to 15mm, our bands deliver consistent elasticity and tensile strength across every batch.
Each band undergoes quality testing for elongation at break (minimum 600%), tensile strength, and aging resistance. Our extrusion manufacturing process ensures uniform wall thickness and smooth cut edges that won't snag or tear during use.
Standard colors include natural tan, red, blue, green, yellow, and assorted packs. Custom Pantone color matching is available for OEM orders with a minimum of 1 metric ton (1,000 kg) per color. All bands are washed for a smooth finish and professional appearance.
Packaging options range from retail-ready poly bags (250g, 500g, 1kg) to bulk carton boxes (10kg, 20kg, 25kg) and wholesale PP woven sacks (30kg). Private label packaging with your brand is available for all order sizes meeting our OEM minimum.
